Navigating Emotional Intelligence in Life’s Toughest Moments”

After failing my first Emotional Intelligence (#EIExam) attempt, I didn’t give up. Perseverance paid off, and I succeeded on my second try. One mindset trick that helped me to score was that one-minute practice : “I DIDN’T MISS ANY,” this was inspired by Buddha’s principles and an insights from Naval Ravikant’s book, ‘Almanack.’

Failed first time- Micro series #4.1- Ei for not only Ai !

While this trick proved beneficial in some instances, it’s essential to recognize that navigating emotions, especially during intense and painful times, is complex and multifaceted.

Consider the heartache from:

  • Public failure though you have given your best for your Team/company/ family/country
  • Failing in a new business venture, facing uncertainty and financial hardship
  • Losing a cherished loved one
  • Accidents caused by negligence, claiming innocent lives
  • Wars fueled by religious or political disputes

Facing these challenges requires resilience, self-awareness, and support. It’s not always easy to say ‘I didn’t miss any,’ but understanding and managing our emotions can help us navigate through these difficult times.

What would you do when faced with intense pain and adversity? How do you navigate your emotions during life’s toughest moments?”

Scene #2 : The Best Mindset tricks

The fact is , because of someone’s ego or actions for their pleasure or pain, it can create intense pain in others’ life journeys. We’ve all experienced those times in our lives which shaped our behaviors and actions .

Everything we do for a reason , undoubtedly , a single driving force behind all human behavior is PAIN & PLEASURE. Everything you and I do , we do either out of our need to avoid pain or our desire to gain pleasure — #BookPunch from ‘Awaken the Giant within’ — by Anthony Robbins

So , here are the key mindset tricks for mastering resilience :

  • If you missed your actions and are suffering because of it , OR
  • You were forced to face painful state because of someone’s actions for their pleasure or pains

Practice saying, ‘I didn’t miss any since i dont have anything to lose’. When you think for a moment , you can use that pain to reduce your pain .. by putting yourself on the line for others is the highest good; it gives us a strength and sense that our life has true meaning.

Inspiring Story: Turning Pain into Purpose

Take, for instance, the story of a grieving father who, after losing his son in a tragic accident caused by an uncovered manhole, took it upon himself to fill the dangerous manholes on the road. His actions, driven by profound grief and a desire to prevent similar tragedies, transformed his personal pain into a powerful force for change in the community.

Mr Dadarao Bilhore, a 48-year-old from Mumbai, filled up 585 potholes since his 16-year-old son Prakash died in 2015 when his bike overturned due to a pothole.

What creates a hero , a heel , a criminal, a contributor ?

You hit a level of pain you weren’t willing to settle for anymore… “I have had it — never again- this must change now.” — thus the magical moment pain become your friend

Smiles (because those pains are shaping me),
